To make an appointment, you may fill out the contact form and someone from my staff will either call or email. You may also call 206-816-3366 and leave a message on the scheduling line.
We return email and calls for appointments as soon as possible and always within one business day. If you need an urgent appointment, we suggest that you first complete the contact form or call 646-256-1608 – and then call Dr. Brody’s office at 212-245-1331, select option “0”, and leave a message with the answering service.
Any change to a scheduled appointment requires 24 hours advance notice for appointments Tuesday through Friday. For appointments on Mondays (or Tuesdays following a Monday holiday), all changes to an appointment require notification by 12 noon on the Friday PRIOR to the appointment.
Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full fee of the scheduled appointment. Please note that insurance health plans do not pay for missed appointments; these charges will be entirely your responsibility.

When you schedule your initial appointment, my staff will confirm that I am a participating provider with your specific plan. They will also explain what copayments or coinsurance is your responsibility.
I generally expect copayments to be made in the office at the end of each appointment. I can accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards in the office. We can also process credit card payments over the phone. We take almost all major credit cards.
